The event coordinator highlighted new charity beneficiaries Leaven and Pillars alongside Habitat for Humanity, a $10 food voucher program for those in need, and confirmed the event runs rain or shine with severe weather caution.

A Neenah resident thanked the council for supporting the event.

Event coordinator said about 100 vendors are expected, the large footprint needs the space, and volunteers will help residents; parking, transit and rideshare plans are being prepared.

The event organizer told the council she'd encourage bars to use plastic cups (not glass), said custom cups will be distributed at the event, and expects Stone Arch to use its usual wristband system for age checks — with wristbands possibly shared with participating bars.
